My iPhone can't find my Mac

Where do deleted photos go?

Confirmed deletes go to the system Photos app's Recently Deleted album, recoverable for 30 days, then purged automatically. To reclaim space immediately: Photos app → Albums → Recently Deleted → empty it manually (an iOS restriction — third-party apps cannot do this for you).

How the daily quota works

The free plan includes 50 judgments a day, reset at midnight; undoing a judgment refunds its quota; the demo library is exempt. Sweep Pro removes all quota limits.

Restore purchases

After switching or resetting a device, go to Settings → Sweep Pro → Restore purchases. Purchases follow your Apple ID — make sure you're signed in with the account used to buy.

Subscriptions & refunds

Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Sweep Pro. For refunds, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Active subscribers can upgrade to Lifetime in-app at a discounted top-up price.

Where do archived files land on the Mac?

By default in ~/Pictures/Sweep (with per-month subfolders); videos and Live Photos in ~/Movies/Sweep. Both are configurable in the Mac app's settings. Every file is SHA-256-verified against the phone after writing, and your tags are stored in matching .xmp sidecars.
