TL;DR

PixelSnack collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no servers and no third-party analytics SDKs, and the app never requests network access. Your photos never leave this device.

What we collect

Nothing at all. PixelSnack requires no sign-up, gathers no device identifiers, embeds no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDK, and sends no photos, metadata or usage records to us or to any third party.

How photos are handled

Scanning and sorting: entirely on your device. The app reads photos through the system photo framework (PhotoKit) to display and categorise them — no copies, no uploads.
Deleting: performed through the system delete API, so photos go to Recently Deleted in Photos and stay restorable for 30 days. The app cannot bypass this and delete permanently.
Favoriting: tapping the heart writes the Favorite flag in Photos; tapping again removes it.

Data stored locally

Sorting progress, settings, your daily quota and the delete log are kept on the device. Deleting the app removes all of it.

Permissions

Photos (read & write): to display, sort and delete photos. If access is denied, the app runs on a locally generated demo library instead.

Purchases

PixelSnack Pro subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Apple's App Store; we never see your payment details. Manage subscriptions and request refunds through Apple.

Children's privacy

PixelSnack is not designed for children under 13 and collects no personal information from children — in fact, from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and note the new effective date.
