1 · The service

PixelSnack is a local photo-sorting tool: swipe decisions, batch clean-up and picking keepers from a burst. It runs entirely on your device and offers no cloud storage or cross-device accounts.

2 · Free and paid

The free plan includes 50 decisions a day and the core sorting features. PixelSnack Pro is unlocked through in-app purchase:

• Auto-renewing subscription (monthly / yearly): charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Lifetime (non-renewing): paid once, unlocking every Pro feature available at the time of purchase plus regular updates thereafter. Should a major new module beyond regular updates be released, it may be priced separately without affecting what you already own.
• Upgrade tier: active subscribers can upgrade to Lifetime for a discounted difference; the subscription can then be cancelled while Pro access remains permanent.

Payments, refunds and invoices are all handled by Apple. Request refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3 · Your data and responsibilities

Photos always stay on your own device. Although deletion is two-step and backed by 30 days in Recently Deleted, the decision and the action are ultimately yours — please review carefully before confirming. Once the system empties them after 30 days, we cannot help recover them.

4 · Disclaimer

PixelSnack is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the app; total liability for any direct loss is limited to the amount you actually paid for the app.

5 · Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are published on this page with a new effective date, and material changes are announced in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
